As a cookbook author and lover of great food, Joanna is a true expert in the field of delicious and healthy cuisine. Her specially created dishes for Autor combine local cuisine with inspirations and flavors from around the world. Let us know what your culinary preferences are, so we can prepare something especially for you.

Breakfast is served in our common area, where you’ll find a coffee maker, a kettle and a wide variety of teas. Breakfast may also be eaten in your room.


Hot breakfasts:
Millet cereal with dried cranberries
Spelt porridge with bananas in coconut milk
Oatmeal with raisins and seasonal fruit

Yogurt from fresh cow's milk
Soy milk
Fresh cow's milk
Fresh summer-autumn seasonal fruits
Roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Organic Eggs:
Soft-boiled eggs / Hard-boiled eggs / Fried eggs
Scrambled eggs (in butter with fresh spring onions)
Cheese board - cheese from local and regional Polish cheese makers - made from cow’s, sheep and goat’s milk.
Meat board – cold cuts and sausages from local and regional Polish sources

Each breakfast is served with:
Wheat and rye sourdough bread, butter, homemade jam, Polish honey and fresh seasonal vegetables (tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers)
Coffee and tea are served with homemade cakes and pastries.

All products and ingredients are of the highest quality and are sourced from regional farms and producers.
